Type 2 is organized around the desire to be loved, needed, appreciated, and emotionally connected. Twos often orient themselves toward other people's needs and feelings. They may be warm, attentive, generous, and good at sensing what others lack.
Their strength is relational intelligence. They can be nurturing, supportive, emotionally available, and capable of making others feel seen. At their best, they give freely without needing repayment.
Their difficulty is hidden neediness or pride. Twos may deny their own needs while unconsciously expecting others to recognize them. They can become intrusive, self-sacrificing, resentful, or hurt when their care is not returned.
A Type 2 might think: "If I am helpful and loving enough, I will be wanted."
