Type 7 is organized around the desire for freedom, possibility, stimulation, and escape from pain or limitation. Sevens often move quickly toward options, ideas, experiences, pleasures, plans, and future opportunities. They dislike feeling trapped.
Their strength is vitality. They can be imaginative, optimistic, versatile, playful, and excellent at reframing difficulty. At their best, they bring joy, invention, and expansive possibility.
Their difficulty is avoidance of suffering. Sevens may flee boredom, grief, limitation, or emotional heaviness by multiplying alternatives. They can become scattered, impulsive, restless, or unable to stay with discomfort long enough to integrate it.
A Type 7 might think: "There must be another possibility; I don't want to be trapped in pain or limitation."
